Fix Coffee + Bikes (FC+B) is a space combining a coffee bar and bike shop/gallery, as its name suggests. shop116 collaborated with FC+B’s designer, Stanislav Jurkovic (oo design co), to fabricate the magnetic shelf and stand-offs which were custom designed for the metal display wall in the gallery. All the pieces were made of laminated Baltic birch plywood. shop116 achieved the black finish using black stain and sealing the pieces with a durable clear-coat finish.
